Meatloaf
2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon minced garlic
GLAZE:
1/3 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine all meat loaf ingredients. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking sheet and form into a loaf.
In a small bowl, mix glaze ingredients. Spread mixture on top of uncooked meatloaf.
Place in oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
Slice, serve, enjoy!
