Ingredients
1 cup salted butter
20 oz mini marshmallows

Instructions
In a large stock pot, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring constantly. After a few minutes, the butter will begin to foam and brown. As soon as you see brown flecks forming, remove the pot from the heat.
Immediately, add the mini marshmallows to the hot browned butter. Stir until the marshmallows begin to melt and get puffy.
Add half of the crispy rice cereal and stir until coated. Then add the remaining cereal and gently stir until everything is evenly combined.
Spray a 9×13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press it down using a fork.
Tip: Spraying the fork with non-stick cooking spray helps prevent sticking.Let the treats cool completely, then cut into squares and enjoy!
